GRADUATION DETAILS

Dear Graduating Students,

We hope that you are excited about celebrating this milestone in your academic journey. Your graduation day will be one of the most wonderful memories that you will treasure forever !

Kindly read this message thoroughly and watch the video shared below. Please adhere to the SOPs and guidelines given to ensure the smooth flow of the event.

AVOID OVER-CROWDING

• Graduands and guests are advised not to over-crowd and always ensure social distancing.

• Please note that at the end of the ceremony, parents/guests will be asked to leave the hall first before the graduands. Graduands can only leave the hall after ALL parents/guests have exited the hall.

• Graduands MUST arrange to meet their parents/guests at a different location away from the hall, as parents/guests will not be allowed to wait outside the hall. ALL parents/guests are required to leave the premise after collecting the packed refreshments provided.

We apologise for the strict SOPs imposed, but it is a necessary measure for the safety and wellbeing of everyone in attendance. Thank you for your cooperation.
