Dear Graduating Students,  

We hope that you are excited about celebrating this milestone in your academic journey. Your graduation day will be one of the most wonderful memories that you will treasure forever !

Kindly read this message thoroughly and watch the video shared below. Please adhere to the SOPs and guidelines given to ensure the smooth flow of the event.

Date & Time

Group Photography

Graduands will be grouped according to your programme or School for the group photography after registration.

Group photography will take place as follows:

Graduands who are not present when their programmes are being called will not be able to participate in the photoshoot.

Once the group photography is completed, Graduands will be ushered to the graduation ceremony hall by the committee.

Please give your full cooperation to the staff on duty.

General SOP and Graduation Guidelines

Please view the following video to learn more about the guidelines and protocols of your graduation ceremony.

In summary, please take note of the following:

• DRESS CODE: The dress code is STRICTLY FORMAL. The college reserves the right to refuse entry to any graduand who is not appropriately dressed.

• REGISTRATION TIME: The registration starts as follows:.

• INVITATION CARD: Guests must bring along their invitation card to gain entry into the graduation hall. Children below ten (10) years of age will NOT be allowed into the hall.

• FAIL TO ATTEND: There will be NO REFUND, other than the deposit, if you fail to attend the ceremony.

• GOWN RETURN: Graduation gown must be returned AFTER the graduation ceremony on the SAME DAY at the graduation venue. Students who fail to return the graduation gown on the same day before the counter is closed, will result in a penalty charge of RM100 per day. Please be advised to take all necessary photographs with family and friends, prior to the ceremony.

• STAGE PHOTOS: Stage photos can be collected from 24th November 2024 at Fotorex Studio.
